These Terms of Use govern your use of the website of LMI Corporation (“LMI”, “we”), including its pages, forms, chat assistant, downloads and online booking. By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

The website gives general information about our services. We work to keep it accurate and current, but it may contain errors or become outdated, and we may change it at any time without notice.
Prices are indicative. Published prices, including prices quoted by our chat assistant, are starting prices for guidance only. They are subject to applicable taxes, a site survey, and a written quotation. No contract is formed until both parties sign a written quotation or service agreement.Service levels apply under contract. Response times, service levels and service credits described on the website, such as our 15-minute ticket acknowledgment, the 4-hour service level in the Negros Island Region, and “that month is free”, apply only to clients with a signed managed-service agreement, under the conditions in that agreement. If the website and a signed agreement differ, the signed agreement prevails.Project figures, case studies and statistics describe past work. Client names are withheld unless the client has agreed to be named. Past results do not guarantee the same results for your site.
3. Using the website
You agree to use the website lawfully and not to: attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, our systems or other users’ data; introduce malware or interfere with the website’s operation; scrape, copy or harvest content or contact details in bulk; submit false information or impersonate another person; or use the website or our chat assistant to send spam or unlawful content.
4. Forms, chat assistant and bookings
Information you send through our forms, chat assistant or booking calendar is handled under our Privacy Policy. Our chat assistant follows a fixed script and gives general information only; it cannot make binding offers, accept orders, or change any agreement. A booking is confirmed only when our team confirms it.
5. Downloads
Documents such as our company profile are provided for your information about LMI. You may share them within your organization for evaluating our services, but you may not alter them, remove notices, or publish them as your own.
6. Intellectual property
The website and its content, including text, design, graphics, photos, videos, logos and product names, are owned by LMI or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view and print pages for your personal or internal business use. Any other use requires our prior written permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from them shall be brought exclusively before the proper courts of Bacolod City, to the exclusion of all other venues.
