What exactly is included in the ₱8,900/month Starter plan?
Two enterprise Cisco access points, a PoE switch, UPS power protection and an 800 Mbps broadband circuit, plus installation, 24/7 monitoring, preventive maintenance and helpdesk support — sized for up to 60 users. Larger plans scale to 2,000 users.
Do I have to buy any hardware?
No. OneWifi is a managed service on a 36-month term — LMI supplies, owns and maintains the equipment, so there is no capital outlay and no obsolete hardware on your books.
How do you know how many access points my site needs?
Every deployment starts with a free site survey. We verify coverage, wall materials and your actual concurrent device count before we quote — the tier chart is a guide, the survey is the contract.
What happens when something breaks?
Our Bacolod-based engineers acknowledge every ticket within 15 minutes, and managed clients in the Negros Island Region get a 4-hour service level — if we miss it, that month is free. You can raise tickets any time through the LMI Client Helpdesk portal.
