OneWatch — Managed CCTV & Surveillance for Philippine Business
Enterprise cameras, recording and health monitoring as a service — from a single office to a city-wide network. When a camera goes blind, we know before you need the footage.
CCTV that is actually watched
Most CCTV systems fail silently: full disks, dead cameras, wrong timestamps — discovered only when footage is needed. OneWatch is CCTV as a managed service, with the system’s health monitored the way we monitor networks.
Enterprise IP cameras
Coverage designed from a site survey — entrances, cash handling, perimeters and blind spots mapped before installation.
Health monitoring
Camera-down, disk-full and recording-gap alerts reach LMI engineers automatically.
Managed retention
Recording and retention configured to your policy and RA 10173 obligations.
Access control integration
Turnstiles, door access and CCTV on one design — as deployed at university campuses.
Preventive maintenance
Lens cleaning, firmware updates and storage checks on schedule, not after an incident.
Scales to city-wide
From one building to LGU-scale IP CCTV across an entire city — we have built both.
From distilleries to city-wide networks

OneWatch FAQ
How is OneWatch priced?
Per site, from the free survey: camera count, coverage design, recording retention and network works determine the monthly fee. Like all One products, hardware, installation and maintenance are in the one price.
Is CCTV footage covered by the Data Privacy Act?
Yes — footage of identifiable people is personal data under RA 10173. OneWatch deployments include the signage, retention limits and access controls a compliant CCTV operation needs.
Can OneWatch integrate with door access and turnstiles?
Yes. We design CCTV, access control and turnstile systems together — as delivered for private and state universities in Negros.
Who fixes a dead camera?
LMI engineers, who acknowledge every ticket within 15 minutes, with a 4-hour service level in the Negros Island Region — and health monitoring means we usually see the failure before you do.
