Why is there no price list for OnePower?
Because honest solar cannot be priced from a chart. Your roof, structure and load profile determine the system size and the rate — so every OnePower proposal starts with a free site and load survey, and the price you sign is engineered for your building.
What does zero-CAPEX actually mean?
LMI can finance, build and operate the system. You pay a fixed monthly rate — typically below your current utility cost — on a 6 to 15-year term with 0% escalation, instead of millions up front.
Who maintains the system?
LMI does, for the whole term: monitoring, cleaning, inverter service and repairs. Generation shortfalls are our responsibility.
Can you handle the rest of my facility’s electrical work?
Yes — transformers, panel upgrades, grounding, lightning protection, genset shelters and electrical rehabilitation are core LMI project services, delivered under our PCAB contractor’s license.
